Counterpoint: Music & Art Collide • Spring 2016
Counterpoint: Music & Art Collide is a creative collaboration between Norco College visual art students and Norco Music student songwriters. In an initial meeting together, students share their artwork and song concepts with each other in hopes they will find inspiration and, subsequently, will it into existence; it becomes an organic meeting of muses. In Spring 2016, over the course of two months, 11 songs or art pieces were created for Counterpoint. This marks a new level of creativity for both the Art and Music departments at Norco College.
